CocoRosie

CocoRosie is an American duo based out of France and formed by sisters Bianca Leilani "Coco" and Sierra Rose "Rosie" Casady in 2003.

Sierra mainly plays the guitar, piano and harp, and contributes vocals. Bianca sings and manipulates various children's toys/electronic & percussion instruments. CocoRosie performs as a duo and also with other backing musicians on occasion, usually a bassist and either a drummer or beatboxer. They were active for most of 2004, 2005 & 2006 playing dates across the US and making several trips to Europe for tours playing with TV on the Radio, Bright Eyes, Devendra Banhart and others.

In late 2006 they appeared as a featured act at the Touch and Go Records 25th anniversary block party in Chicago along with Big Black, Scratch Acid, Killdozer, The Ex, Uzeda and many others.

Amy Macdonald

Amy Macdonald (born 25 August 1987 in Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire^[]) is a Scottish singer/songwriter.

Her debut album, This Is The Life, was released on 30 July 2007 and has now sold over 1,800,000 copies worldwide^{[citation needed]}. Her first single, "Poison Prince", was released on 7 May 2007. She has played shows at music festivals such as Glastonbury, Hyde Park, T in the Park, and V festival. Amy is signed to record company Vertigo.

Macdonald started playing on-stage acoustic gigs at the age of 15.^[] Her main influences include Travis and The Libertines. After playing several shows across mainland Europe, Macdonald plans to play at various festivals such as V Fest during the summer of 2008.

In 2008, Macdonald became engaged to Falkirk striker Steve Lovell.
